All content on this Site — including but not limited to articles, guides, downloadable resources, videos, and statements made during consultations — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. 4. Trading & Credit Risk Disclosure

Prop firm evaluations involve non-refundable fees in most cases, and passing an evaluation does not guarantee future funding, payouts, or profitability. Results from credit-building strategies vary by individual credit history, lender, and scoring model, and are not guaranteed. This Site contains links and references to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Kevinomics LLC (kevinomics.com), Plopjoy Solutions (plopjoy.com), Authorized Trades (authorizedtrades.com), and various prop trading firms and trading platforms (e.g., NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView). Some of these are separate, independently operated businesses that may be commonly owned or operated by the same individual(s) as this Site, but each operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, or practices of any third-party site. Reference to a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of that service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any prop trading firm, exchange, or trading platform named on this Site unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Paid Consulting Services
Career consultations and other paid 1:1 services offered through or referenced by this Site are professional services sold on an as-applied, individually reviewed basis. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase:
- All consulting fees are for time and expertise rendered, not for a guaranteed outcome, result, or level of income.
- Consultations are not free, and any statement to the contrary on a third-party platform or by a third party is not authorized by us.
- Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of booking and are governed by the specific agreement made at that time, which supplements these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, guides, downloadable resources, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of The Creation Station Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. User Conduct

9. Age & Eligibility Requirements
This Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using this Site, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing any service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into these Terms. This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See Section 22 for more detail.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Creation Station Studios, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, credit-related damages, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any free or paid content, or any third-party service referenced on the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or its services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Creation Station Studios and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, conducted in the State of Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
