To reschedule within our cancelation period, you MUST have a  ‘PRO Membership.’  If you do, simply click below and fill in the reschedule request form below!

DO NOT book an entirely new session. That is not a reschedule. That is you booking a completely new session and you will be billed accordingly. 

 

 

Remember, ‘PRO Membership’ rescheduling terms and requirements are:

  1. You MUST have a valid ‘PRO Membership’
  2. You can only reschedule your Original appointment/Once per-booking
  3. You MUST provide ALL information requested in the form below.
  4. You MUST submit your request at least 4 hours prior to your session time (no exceptions).
  5. All reschedule requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis, and are subject to availability.

 

Anyone can purchase a ‘PRO Membership’ at anytime!

 

DO NOT submit a request if you do not have aPRO Membership’ AND your sessions falls within our cancelation policy timeframe (48 hours). — If outside 48 hours, simple click the cancelation link in your confirmation email.
