Affiliate Referral Program and Rewards Points Program
Anyone can signup for our affiliate referral program.
New Users:
New users interested in enrolling in the affiliate referral program simply need to navigate to the “Become an Affiliate”/”Enrollment Page.”
Existing Users:
If you already have an account to activate your affiliate account navigate to your account page and click the “become an affiliate” button located on your account page.
Affiliate referral amounts are subject to change but can be viewed on affiliate dashboard and your account page.
Affiliates currently earn the following amounts.
Refer less than 100 users:
- 5% of all referrals sales
Refermore than 100 users:
- 10% of all referrals sales
Refer less than 200 users:
- 15% of all referrals sales
Affiliates can generate custom referral links, get marketing materials, and track their earnings on their personalized affiliate dashboard.

Policies, Booking, Cancelling, Changing, Rescheduling/”Pushing” Appointments, Contact Options, Checking In
Once you book a ‘Self Tape‘ and/or ‘Voice Over‘ appointment, you reserve that time and another actor cannot book that time at our Studio. All customers that Cancel and/or Reschedule an appointment within forty-eight (48) hours of that appointment time, forfeit their entire session amount. If you accidentally book an appointment within forty-eight (48) hours and then immediately contact us to cancel, you will be charged the full cancellation. It is up to you to read our policies prior to booking an appointment, and ensure you have selected and entered the correct details.
If you need to cancel an appointment outside of the forty-eight (48) hour limit, you must “cancel appointment” yourself by clicking the cancelation link located in your appointment confirmation email.
As per your membership terms, Self Tape Membership holders may reschedule their original appointment (the appointment has not already been rescheduled), if they need to do so within our cancelation period. At least 4 hours notice is required.

Clients may add a coaching, ‘post session’ rush edit, printing service, teleprompter, or other available service to their session at any time, by simply letting their session operator know.
There is no grace period.

You sometimes may be able to go a “EXTRA” minutes over your session, however we cannot guarantee it. Any additional minutes needed beyond the amount of time you originally booked, is billed at an increased rate. See pricing HERE for details.
We do not allow actors to go over their booked amount of time if that interferes with another actor’s session.

In the effort of maintaining the most hygienic and safe environment for everyone, we will only read sides/scripts printed by us ($1.00/per page) or via our own personal device. If your reader needs to read with you in the scene, you must send in a copy of the sides, via the “side/script submission page.”
Any time used in the room to arrange emailing and/or acquiring a copy of your sides will be billed per our rates.
Every self tape session is unique, so there is no set amount of time that can be listed. A coaching does include a detailed breakdown of the scene, script, and performance, so we recommend adding at least 10 extra minutes, assessing your own abilities, and determining how much time you believe you may need to fluidly work out your scene.
Presently, we have a twenty-five (25) minute minimum.
All of our locations are locations are closed to the general public during our “After-hours” and our locations will not be accessible without the escort of your reader or our security guard.
If you have booked an “after-hours” session you must check-in upon arrival, by texting the location you are recording at.
If you choose the incorrect service and/or time when booking your session (example: booking a “normal hours” service during “after hours”) we reserve the right to cancel your session, but may correct it for you, at which you will receive a confirmation email with the updated information.
Us updating your incorrect booking does not waive the cancelation policy, in any way.

While we record awesome Video audition with high quality audio and awesome voice over auditions, we are limited when it comes to Video Singing auditions.
These type of auditions require a certain setup and live mixing and mastering, given the fluctuation of audio throughout the video singing audition. We can record your video singing audition, however sound may have minor spikes at certain points, which is beyond our control.
We cannot record belting, screaming, or excessive yelling.

How to get a price match?
1) Book your next appointment in just a few clicks.
2) In the booking notes enter the following information:

Price matching rules and limitations:
- We will only match competitors within a 15 mile radius of one of our locations
- The competitor being matched MUST be a business, not a home/apartment setup
- The competitor MUST be open and offer services during the time you book a session (Example: If you book a 8:00pm session, the business you wish for us to price match must be open for business)
- Price matches cannot be combined with coupons or discount codes
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Billing begins promptly at your booked appointment time (unless a prior session is running behind or the reader requires additional times to prepare for some reason) and ends once you have fully completed your session.
Everyone’s time is valuable. Once time is reserved/booked, that time is allocated for your appoint, a actor/reader is scheduled, and that time cannot be booked by another actor. Clients will be billed for all minutes booked. Please be sure to book the correct amount of time.
“Extra” Minutes are minutes you need and/or use beyond the amount of minutes you reserved when you booked your session. See pricing for details.

We clearly list our pricing for all to see in various places.
All appointments that take place during “Normal Business Hours” incur a $7.00 appointment fee.
All appointments that take place during “After-Hours” incur a $10.00 appointment fee.
All appointments that take place during “Holiday-Hours” incur a $12.00 appointment fee.
These fees go towards maintaining a high level of service; a clean, creative, and comfortable environment; and the actor who provides it.
As a client you agree to the fee when booking your appointment on our booking page, as seen below.
As stated on the invoice received, “All invoices that are not paid the same day they are received will incur a late fee.”
This late fee goes towards the unnecessary additional administrative duties required to monitor, maintain, and clear the invoice(s) that are past due. To avoid a late fee, simply pay your invoice the day it is due.
Other studios typically charge actors for their entire session up front, which we don’t. As a professional courtesy, we expect all clients to maintain a professional relationship and pay their invoices on time.
As stated on the invoice received, “Please be advised. All invoices not paid the day they are due, will incur a late fee, and possibly also an account restoration fee.”
This restoration fee goes towards the additional administrative duties required to open, service, clear, and then re-instate your account. To avoid account restoration fees, simply pay all invoice the day they are due.
You WILL be charged for ALL of the time you reserve, and ALL of the time Extra time you use.

If you have elected to use our teleprompter at our North Hollywood location, submit your sides via our submission form.

Sides will be uploaded just at you send them, stage direction and all. Eye-line will be just off-camera and you will more than likely need to be seated, depending on your height.
Footage: Delivery Time Frames, Rush Edit & Deliveries, File Format & Resolution, Recording and Receiving
All files are edited, rendered, exported, and emailed and/or uploaded the same day you tape (Before 11:59pm, with no specific time of the day guaranteed).
Clients that need their videos within a certain time frame may purchase a “rush/priority” edit at any point.
We always deliver files the same day (prior to 11:59pm).
We are UNABLE to guarantee footage delivery times, unless you purchase a “Rush Edit / Delivery.” Each Rush edit requested has at least an additional fifteen (15) minutes allocated for your session operator to edit, once you leave, to ensure we can deliver your file expeditiously.
All clients have the option to have their sessions rush edited and delivered when booking their session. Simply select a rush edit/delivery when you book your session. IF you decide not to purchase a rush initially, you can always request a post session rush at the end of your session, or purchase one HERE.
Rush Edits requested pre-session are: $25.00
Rush Edits requested POST-session are: $35.00

All files are sent via an encrypted/secure easy to use, downloadable link (WeTransfer). We can send the file(s) directly to you, and cc’ your agent, managers, casting, and more if you would like us to (please provide your reader with those additional emails prior to leaving).
We can also upload your file(s) to Actors Access, YouTube, Vimeo, or any other sites you may need your file(s) uploaded to.
You may record as many takes as you like, however we only edit and export up to two (2) takes per scene.
All clients can receive additional takes beyond two (2), at a rate of $5.00, per take.

All clients of The Creation Station Studios are required to hold at least a standard membership for facility access. This membership grants you privileges such as utilizing our locations for self-tapes, voice overs, coaching, earning money in your wallet, affiliate referral commission, and entitles you to monthly discounts and rewards points. These points can be redeemed for complimentary services and further discounts.
If you refuse to purchase a membership you can request a $99 day pass option. This would requir paying $99 for the day, plus any normal session charges (minutes+appointment fee + cleaning fee + other services).

With a CREATOR membership you can utilize studio services as you need, with the following limits. Terms and rules subject to change and The Creation Station Studios reserves the right to change the terms at any time.
Maximum time reservable/bookable time for Creator members is one session, per day. Tthat does not include rescheduling a session for the same day.

CREATOR Members simply need to book their time responsibly and arrive at their session times to record. CREATOR members do not pay appointment fees, or for other services like rush edits, coachings, teleprompter use, extra takes, direct uploads, and more.
Due to the fact that a member can easily use an amount of services surpassing the total price of the CREATOR membership, and to prevent inappropriate use of the CREATOR membership, ALL CREATOR membership sales are final and any fee paid towards the purchase of a CREATOR membership is, non-refundable. Members that have canceled memberships, will not receive a prorated refund of any kind.
You agree to use your membership with integrity and not to abuse or misuse it in any way.
Inappropriate and prohibited membership use including but is not limited to the following, and can result in the revocation and cancelation of your membership.
- Sharing your membership with another person in an attempt to defraud us of studio services and time
- Using vulgar, discriminatory, lewd, and/or verbally abusive language towards team members
If your membership is revoked for any reason stated above, you will not receive a refund of any kind.
PRO+PLUS Membership
The Standard Access, PRO, and the PRO-PLUS memberships are all billed on the 1st day of each month and can be canceled anytime. You will not receive a prorated refund when canceled.
CREATOR Membership
The CREATOR membership is billed annually and can be canceled anytime. There is no prorated refund when canceled. Actors can apply for payment arrangements to be made without a credit check here.

Self Tape Agency is a review, information, and social networking platform for entertainment industry individuals and organizations. If you do not have a Self Tape Agency account, one will automatically be created for you when you book a session at any, The Creation Station Studios location. You agree to these terms when booking a session using our website(s), and confirm that agreement, when you manually check two (2) boxes and agree to our terms.

We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to the Services or to any specific new feature or content that we may introduce from time to time. In no event will you be charged for access to any Services unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such fees. If you do not consent to the payment of such fees, however, you may not have access to paid content or services. Details regarding the content or services you will receive in exchange for fees, as well as the payment terms and conditions that apply, will be disclosed to you prior to your agreement to pay such fees. You agree to pay such fees if you sign up for any fee-based service. Any such terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a part of (and are hereby incorporated by reference into) these Terms.
8. Password, Security and Confidentiality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password to access the Services, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password. You agree to immediately change your password and notify us at info@TheCreationStationStudios.com if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security related to the Services. We reserve the right to require you to alter your password if we believe that your password is no longer secure. You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your password or someone else’s use of your account.
Information obtained by you via your account and information disclosed directly to you by us (“Confidential Information”) shall be kept strictly confidential by you and used only for the purpose of interacting with and transacting on the platform and shall not be disclosed by you in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to any third party, provided that: (a) you may disclose such information to any of your employees, solicitors and other professional advisors (if appropriate) for the purpose of working with you in connection with your decision to use the Services, on the basis that you understand that you will be responsible for their use and handling of such information; and (b) Confidential Information shall not include information that: (i) was in your lawful possession before it was disclosed, without confidentiality restrictions; (ii) you obtain from a third party on an unrestricted basis other than through breach of these Terms or breach of any other obligation of confidentiality on you or the third party; (iii) is developed by you independently of us and any information received by you from us; or (iv) you are required to disclose in accordance with applicable law, provided that you give us as much advance written notice of such requirement as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances.

We may provide links to other Web sites or Internet resources for your convenience only, and such links do not signify or imply our endorsement of such other Web site or resource or its contents over which we have no control and which we do not monitor. You use those links at your own risk and should apply a reasonable level of caution and discretion in doing so. You agree that we shall have no responsibility or liability for any information, software, or materials found at any other web site or internet resource.
10. Applications.
We may offer software applications to help you gain access to our Services. In such circumstances, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install such software applications solely on the devices you will use to access the Services. You agree that we may provide you from time to time with automatic upgrades of these applications, which you will accept for installation. Please note that certain retail application stores that offer our applications may have separate sales terms that will be binding on you if you elect to download our applications from such merchants.
For users in the United States, our software is a “commercial item,” as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of “commercial computer software” and “commercial computer software documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all U.S. Government end users acquire the software with only those rights set forth herein. Your use of the software must comply with all applicable import and export control laws and regulations of the United States and other countries.
11. Restrictions and Commercial Use.
Other than as set provided for in these Terms:
you may not copy, make derivate works, resell, distribute, or make any commercial use of (other than to keep and share information for your own non-commercial purposes) any content, materials, or databases from our network or systems. You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute our software applications or incorporate them (or any portion of them) into another product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or otherwise attempt to derive the source code (except where expressly permitted by law) or the communications protocol for accessing the Services or out networks. You may not modify, adapt or create derivative works from the software or remove proprietary notices in the software. You undertake not to use the Services for any purpose that is fraudulent or unlawful, not to interfere with the operation of the Services. Your use of the Services must comply with our policies.
12. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties.
You expressly agree that use of the services is at your sole risk. We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the The Creation Station Studios network (including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, and non-infringement). No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from The Creation Station Studios or through any of it’s affiliated companies shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
13. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, subcontractors and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorney fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your accounts) violation of these Terms. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
14. Trademarks & Patents.
“The Creation Station Studios,” the The Creation Station Studios design, our site names and logos, as well as certain other names, logos, and materials displayed in the Services constitute trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos (“Marks”) of us or other entities. You are not authorized to use any such Marks. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associated therewith remains with us or those other entities.
15. Copyrights; Restrictions on Use.
The content on the Services (the “Content”), including without limitation, video, text, photos, and graphics, is protected under United States and international copyright laws, is subject to other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws, and is owned by us or our licensors. Other than with respect to your own User Submissions: (a) the Content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, sold, offered for sale, or redistributed in any way without our prior written permission and that of our applicable licensors; and (b) you must abide by all copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in or attached to any Content. We give you a personal, revocable, non-assignable, sub-licensable and non-exclusive right to access and use the Services in the manner permitted by these Terms. You acknowledge that you have no right to have access to all or any part of the Services in source code form.
16. Electronic Notices.
You agree to transact with us electronically. Your affirmative act of registering, using or logging into the Services constitutes your acceptance signature to these Terms. We may provide notices to you electronically (1) via e-mail if you have provided us with a valid email address or (2) by posting the notice on a website designated by us for this purpose. The delivery of any Notice is effective when sent or posted by us, regardless of whether you read the Notice or actually receive delivery. You can withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically by discontinuing your use of the Service.
17. Image and Video Ownership
When utilizing our services, please be aware that we retain unyielding ownership of all video, audio, and images produced at our facilities. We explicitly do not authorize any of the recorded material to be displayed or used publicly, commercially, or as final production records, nor for any monetary benefit beyond the scope of audition submissions for opportunities.
Our content is strictly prohibited from commercial use or sale.
By engaging our services, you agree to use your images solely for the specific purposes of submitting self-tape auditions, voice-over opportunities, or meetings with agents or managers. Any usage beyond these specified purposes requires express approval from The Creation Station Studios. Violations of these terms will constitute a breach of our agreement and will incur a penalty of $2,000 for each instance of unauthorized use.
18. Model/Actors/ Artist Release
By using our service and agreeing to our terms, you grant us irrevocable authorization to use, publish, reuse, republish, distribute, disseminate or otherwise make publicly available for any artistic or commercial use, including advertising, publication, news, or illustration images of you, if said images were taken with our equipment.
Whether individually or collectively wit any other material, in any and all forms of the media now or hereinafter known and/or developed, including, but not limited to, in print media, digital media, the internet, in composite images, or distorted images or for any other lawful use as may be determined by The Creation Station Studios in their sole and exclusive discretion., including the use of your name without restriction. The Creation Station Studios shall be specially permitted to use fictitious names in conjunction with the images.
By using our services you further completely agree to release and discharge The Creation Station Studios from any and all demands or claims that may arise out or otherwise be connected with the use of The Creation Station Studios featuring you, your image or your property, including without limitation, and any all claims for the violation of a right of publicity, a right of privacy, or libel. You also waive any and all rights to approve or otherwise review any uses of the photographs or video featuring you, your image or property.
This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees, heirs and assignees of The Creation Station Studios and shall also be binding upon you, your heirs, assignees, and legal representatives.
Troubleshooting / Issues
If you book a self tape and/or voice over session you will receive a confirmation email to the email you used at the time of booking the appointment. If you have not received a confirmation email, one of the following occurred:
- You did not complete the booking process: You must start the process again and be sure to complete the entire booking process. – Book Now
- You did not enter your email correctly: Email the location you booked your appointment at
- There may have been a system glitch: Email the location you booked your appointment at
The system will not allow you to complete the booking process if you do not enter all of the required information. Please read the booking form and be sure you are entering all of the required information.
If you received an email notice stating your appointment was canceled, it was for one of the following reasons:
- Your account is past due and/or you have an outstanding invoice.
- An unforeseen issue which has resulted in the cancellation of your appointment.
- A managerial action was taken.
